For Tier 1 services, Blessing beneficiaries can access Blessing Direct Network which consists of facilities and providers within the Blessing Health System. Additionally for Tier 1 services, Blessing beneficiaries can access providers that are participating within the Crossriver Quality Health Partners clinically integrated network.

For Tier 2 services, Blessing beneficiaries can also see a provider or facility that is included within the Current Health Network or a provider or facility that has been included within the Tier 2 benefit level.

Additionally, facilities and providers that are located outside of Current Health Network’s primary service area will be processed at a Tier 2 benefit level if they are part of the First Health Network.

Preventive Health Benefits

Blessing Health System provides Preventive Health Benefits (PHB) such immunizations, screenings, and other services at no cost to members when provided by a Tier 1 or Tier 2 providers. These benefits are compliant with the Affordable Care Act and can be found here.
